a user with less than 4 edits has it, another that has just 5 approvals and 5 edits got it... I have way more than that... Maybe old edits or edits on older posts (adding another factor which is not captured in that spreadsheet)?
I decided to start the traditional secret hats post, but instead of just another "here is how you get the secret hats" post, to also add in all the hats. There are two answers: one for the secret hats, and one for the regular hats.

I do that a lot, see that it should be closed and just look for the blue thing that indicates the reason others have chosen.... usually it's the right reason
