Or maybe, she's 10, what you want for her isn't what she wants or needs right now.

"I had to reject the offer since they don't offer good package" Well, that's on you. If you need a job, sometimes you have to take what you can get so you can pay the bills. Where's the trust issue? Sounds like you just don't like the compensation package and are making excuses.

@marcelm That is crazy to us Americans. Consider bankruptcy if you have to take extended sick time in the US.

@JoeStrazzere I don't know where you live, but the assumption that its absurd that a state or county doesn't have brake inspections is not absurd. I live in South Dakota. We have no vehicle inspections.

I've never taken a drug test of any kind that tested for nicotine. They are looking for THC, heroin, meth, coke, and other illicit substances. If an employer wants to g so far as to check your hair for nicotine, they are gonna need a warrant. I wouldn't let them test otherwise because that's pushing the boundaries.

@TylerH Drug tests don't look for nicotine. Gonna need a warrant to do the tests you suggest.

"the games are designed specifically to induce addiction-like behavior in its players." Proof? In other words, how does it differ from other games? "but my son is clearly no longer in control of his life. " He's 10. He really can't control his life. It should have been controlled before this so-called addiction. But really, he's 10, he's going to be infatuated with a video game that all his friends play. He isn't going to have control over his life.

Kids need structure and rules. Too many kids are growing up to be lazy, worthless adults. That said, the rules you set are very dependent on other factors regarding the individual child.

I'm curious what the actual charge was. I find it hard to believe you suffered significant financial loss over what would appear to be a disorderly conduct at best, in which you said "I'm sorry" and it was dropped completely. What was so damning in the news article to prompt an arrest warrant such legal fees? I feel like there is something more than just your name in a Google search causing employers to disregard you.

Still no documentation or details on specific tests and their results....this can't be answered.

Run the Microsoft anti-rootkit tool or Malwarebytes' Anti-Rootkit if you haven't already, just to rule that out.

@Jeutnarg, really? You've never heard worse than "him and her flew"? While bad, that's hardly the worse grammar I've ever heard. Also, that example doesn't come from the clients that are supposedly complaining, there isn't even an indication they are complaining aside from OP's claim. Yet doesn't provide an example.

@DoritoStyle, true, but its hard to give advice when the question isn't backed by example.

Not enough examples to form a solid response. You provide one instance but state there are many. The one you present doesn't show much.

If you can't do a face to face interview, how are you ever going to be able to show up to work and perform the job? Are people these days that anti-social? Most of the questions on this site involve someone that acts like they have never interacted with another human being.
