@msh210 Thanks. It seems that the house is well-kept, but the landlord is doing their best to make the living experience as nightmarish as possible in hopes of driving everyone away.

I realize that you're likely sick of the topic. I'm sorry that I wasn't aware earlier, to offer at least some moral support throughout this whole ordeal.

I'm sincerely amazed and awed (but not completely surprised) that you're still here, now, contributing to the community despite everything.

With me just catching up now, you've surely heard this from everyone and their mother, but you have always embodied the epitome of good judgement, constructive communication, and all-around friendliness and positivity. Truly "ohev shalom v'rodef shalom" in your interactions with others.

I stumbled onto @JEricson's resignation via the featured sidebar on SO, and from there into the rabbit hole of a dumpster fire that seems to have been the last several months.
