I hate the 'Review your Question' button they added a while back. Like, I write my question, then I review it, then I go to click the button but now I have to scroll back down and then click it again. Wish there were a user setting to turn it off.
Really? If someone, like, went to a party in a new dress and took a selfie and used that picture as their avatar and then I saw and commented on that, I'd probably say "You look [nice/awful]".
Like, if it were an actual *picture* avatar, I'd definitely use 'you'. If it were an obvious image avatar like a flower or something, I'd use 'it'. But a stylized faux-portrait is a weird middle-ground.
What d'you think the correct pronoun is for referring to a stylized-self-portrait avatar of someone, when talking to that someone? It? She? You? (Assuming [s/he/it/xe] doesn't specify)
