there was also the worry that only sites are served that serve the agenda of the search engine owner or manipulate you by strategically placing some sites over others.
Than the whole seo started, random tags just to improve ranking and giving unrelevant content more visibility
Jun 26 11:36
i mean yeah, it it hard to tell; but I would almost say we had a similar situation like ~25ish years ago when search engines started
Jun 26 11:35

Jun 24 13:02

though that could as well turn into a game with a name like: This game will dominate all other games, do you dare? if someone manages to reset the local data for basically every other game on a site that saves locally with a known schema
Apr 15 17:57
the main part should be in the body of your question
Apr 15 17:57
thte title is anyway just for giving a rough overview what to expect
Apr 15 17:55

Apr 15 17:55
there is no real difference between map or level
Apr 15 17:36
Procedural map generation with inland island?
Mar 31 17:36
gamedev.stackexchange.com/questions/213174/… another question for retro computing stackexchange? Another 100 of those and it will appear as suggestion in the list for moving, right?
Mar 18 07:55
i have to agree, the art is really nice and looks exactly how I would want to look it in mine as well. Might give it a try
Mar 18 07:17

Mar 18 07:16
or the grading will be done by combo points. Didnt answer the bonus question of question 8b? No double points for question 9
Mar 10 06:11
the survey is basically: would you be up to have a 30min follow up survey?
Mar 8 17:46
Unity itself has tutorials available as well
Mar 8 10:08
gamedev.stackexchange.com/questions/854/… are a few games with different difficult level
Mar 8 10:07
Watch some tutorials if you are a total beginner and just recreate/ follow their steps. Once you are done (usually something like flappy bird can be made in 15-30min with a tutorial) recreate the same game again but without the tutorial
Mar 8 10:06
Depends on how you learn but usually hands on is the best. Rebuild a few classic easy games
Mar 6 19:30

As a German the naming seems clear (we love making word chaining). But at least they shorten it even further like ArrAtr
Feb 19 17:45
maybe, just maybe it will make an automated process harder if you import a lot of models from different sources (market, maya, blender, whatever) and they use a different system. but even that should not really be a problem
Feb 19 17:44
i never had a problem with either y or z, it doesnt really come up. Sure, once or twice you think about it but its not like your game will have 10 different movement scripts. And after testing it once and you see it is flying in the wrong direction, you know whats the mistake is after it does it three times
Feb 19 17:16
for me feels Y logical to be up as it is in a normal 2D diagram and Z adds to the last depth
Feb 19 14:52
so far it has not happened on my project, twice per year or so I travel to the office - but it is more like a sightseeing/ restaurant/ talking visit than actual work related
Feb 18 06:39
well, we are at iteration 19, you can only add so many features before you need to bring a new product to the market. With the iteration 19 we got work from home, can't get much better than that
Feb 6 18:09

Feb 6 17:59
maybe i should try to teach him how to code and by the time he is out of kindergarten, he can take over my job and I can relax
Feb 6 17:51
and i tried apps like brickit, while that works great for small stuff to built, it doesnt last long. a small car with 50 pieces is nothing and the app has no sort function, scrolling through tousands of possible things to build with the provided bricks is kinda useless when they appear random
Feb 6 17:42
but its not like i can just put the star destroyer in front of him and call it a day
Feb 6 17:42
he can finish sets aimed at 8-10y by himself in an afternoon
Feb 6 17:41

Feb 6 17:34
he picked as the latest addition the lego police game, it feels like a gta aimed at children and you play the police
Feb 6 17:34
