So basically sweet = jam. and savory = relish. For me its a texture and ingredient type thing.

@rumtscho Hmm, I was asking as I would have never thought of something vegetable based as jam either. But, I am no enthusiast of making preserves. I love them and use them that is about it.

right but I thought adding meat and such would make it no longer classify as jam

I thought to be actually called a jam it basically had to be all fruit and maybe added sugar

But, on the topic of fundraising we had our first official fundraiser this weekend. It was a dinner and auction. We raised $34,968

@rumtscho hmm, I just thought the charity aspect of it might not fit, I mean there is a whole lot of raising money, fundraisers, etc. that I didn't think would fit

scratch that appetizers is tomorrow, looks like a simple chicken, salad and dessert class. the lunch classes are short and quick
