Plus the information in the books is crap. The paper is lengthy and there are questions which have torturous calculations and you aren't allowed to use a calculator. All you can use is a log book. Then there are some crappy derivations.

@Ikaros there's a lot of fuss in India about the boards. As a result, if you don't score well, you won't get admission into good colleges.
