@Bob I found that there is some other software with its installation directory in the PATH variable. This software uses some dlls of the same name.

@Bob I found my issue. Something to do with the PATH variable. Copied the PATH from a working machine and no more problems.

This msi has been run on other environments without issue. I feel like it's probably a dependency issue, but without a tool like dependency walker I'm not sure how I can investigate that.

@Bob when I try to register with RegAsm.exe it tells me they are not .NET assemblies.

It's an odd problem. I have a set of DLLs which can be loaded from within the containing folder, but not from without. If I try and load them from elsewhere I get an error Invalid access to memory location
