The OSI model is a blatant fabrication that does nothing except provide a common language for us to use to describe things that don't exist.

@AviD @RoryAlsop I often do that if I don't trust the coffee maker. Our tongues use the same receptors for both salty and bitter but salty takes longer to process. So just a bare pinch in the grounds isn't enough to taste but plugs up the receptors so you can't taste the bitterness.
