It's impossible to fix the program causing it, it's not mine
Jul 24, 2021 07:36

Jul 24, 2021 07:33

May 28, 2021 07:40
i'm looking for a portable way
May 28, 2021 07:40
some of the servers are even from different companies, so the grub defaults are not even the same
May 28, 2021 07:39
this question is because i have to disable ipv6 permanently in a lot of servers, and editing grub hand by hand is not viable

Q: Cleanest way to disable ipv6 on ubuntu 18.04 across multiple machines?

FreedoI have to disable ipv6 on 100+ servers. Obviously I don't want to edit grub of every server by hand, and don't want to play around with sed or other crazy stuff. I tried to do this: mkdir -p /etc/default/grub.d/ echo 'GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="${GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT} ipv6.disable=1"' >> /...

May 28, 2021 07:28
I already fixed it...doesn't fix my real issue
May 28, 2021 07:14
TIFU by following a command that was supposed to cleanly disable ipv6 across reboots askubuntu.com/questions/309461/…
May 28, 2021 02:04
trying to google how but didn't find a trail yet
May 28, 2021 02:03
guys does anyone knows if it's possible to overwrite the header Content-Type set by a php script with nginx?
May 18, 2021 19:48
It seems to be happening randomly and not specific to any ffmpeg source files, and it seems to be happening only when the load is very high on the tmpfs folder now
May 18, 2021 19:45
@terdon no luck yet :(
May 18, 2021 18:37
@terdon can i hire you ?
May 18, 2021 12:17

May 18, 2021 12:17

May 18, 2021 12:17

May 18, 2021 12:16
yeah no luck with ffmpeg 3.4.8
May 18, 2021 12:10
yeah will try that too
May 18, 2021 12:09
it seems my software uses some ffmpeg flags that are not present in newer versions
May 18, 2021 12:06
with ffmpeg 4.4 it doesn't even run :(
May 18, 2021 12:04
oh i mean no offense
May 18, 2021 12:04

May 18, 2021 12:03

May 18, 2021 11:56

May 18, 2021 11:56
crossing my fingers
May 18, 2021 11:55

May 18, 2021 11:53

May 18, 2021 11:50
I was joking lol
May 18, 2021 11:50
@AndrasDeak what do you mean you don't like the thrill of running code from strangers on the internet ? :P
May 18, 2021 11:41
I'm going to try to download latest stable ffmpeg and replace my binary and hope for the best, but probably won't work
May 18, 2021 11:35
lol the server load is at 1700, this never happened before the ffmpeg wrapper
May 18, 2021 11:34
do you guys think i should just try to do that instead of debugging further ?
May 18, 2021 11:33
my software uses it's own ffmpeg version, so it's pretty old yeah
May 18, 2021 11:31
weird. because the only thing i really did to those servers recently was sysctl, and apt upgrade
