@James I hate sharepoint. Never seen it work. It super slow and ridiculously stupid. One time, a guy I work with somehow deleted all the metadata on the pages, and to regenerate it we had to visit every page on the site manually.

@DaaaahWhoosh They were still moderately amusing stories.

@DaaaahWhoosh Yeah. It just annoys me as a world builder. These things were built. We build them if you aren't going to use them for anything good. They were literally only used by the good guys to stop the bad guys meddling using the tunnels. Its unsatisfyingly circular.

@DaaaahWhoosh Yeah. But it made no sense. If you don't ever want to mix worlds, why bridge them with tunnels? And if you do build the tunnels, why not mix worlds?

@DaaaahWhoosh It got to weird and metaphysical for me at the end. And the whole no mixing thing was annoying. A bunch of arbitrary rules that the plot enforced rather than the worlds.

The Pendragon books were weird. They started strong and finish flat imo.

He wasn't half bad. But Galbatorix (sp) was just underwhelming

@DaaaahWhoosh That movie was a joke. They didn't want stereotypical dwarves so they made theirs the same height as humans and never introduced them as dwarves so you had to watch the commentary to even know there were "dwarves" in the movie.

@dot_Sp0T Yeah. I never read the third or fourth. First was good. Second a boring ripoff.

@DaaaahWhoosh Sometimes but at least in Eragon it was done solely with a saddle and straps.

It may be less cool/effective though.

@DaaaahWhoosh Bear cavalry isn't that much more ridiculous than dragon armies that strap themselves to the dragon to withstand loops and barrel rolls.
