Is it possible that unflagging only counts flags that are automatically approved? I noticed that when I flag simple "thank you" comments as "no longer needed", they are immediately removed.

I got flagging during the night. @Catija is it given for voting to delete 5 posts that get deleted? At first I thought 1 would be enough, but that didn't work (unless the delay was too long and I wasn't patient enough )

I got collection complete while being away for several hours, so no idea what was the trigger.

If 10 suggested edit reviews and 10 close reviews earn hats, perhaps 10 of the other types of reviews give other hats. Anybody tried that?
