@SPArcheon-onstrike I'm glad it stopped at volume 4: it's become a chore to watch it, just like the experience I had with Kino's Journey. If you agree the two shows are similar, then this kind of anime is not for me.
Or is there a certain kind of mindset I need to enjoy the Girls Last Tour (or Kino's Journey) anime?
Oh right, I also get the same impression while reading Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou, so I'd group them together in the same recommendations if anyone likes the post-apocalyptic vibes.
I wonder if there's a kind of anime/manga that may be more enjoyable to wait for 1 week (the regular schedule) to watch/read the next episode/chapter, rather than binge watching it...

@Gao I suggest you read the plot beforehand. It is not a "for everyone" movie, and the point was to show that there is a very Japanese mindset around some topics.
