The one thing I can tell you, if you truly study the history of the conflict, you'll see that it is an incredibly complex set of choices and events that lead to the current dire situation. @LuckyChouhan I'm always ambivalent towards these kind of blanket statements. On the one hand, Israel should be criticized in some respects more because it aspires to be a modern western nation, judged by western standards. So in some respects it should be judged more harshly than its opponents. On the other hand, it also makes people sometimes forget Israel is dealing with something most western modern nations in the world simply don't.
