so...

12:48 PM
so, adding a co-op mode.
- in a game with battles that are basically a puzzle, requiring you to use a specific skill at a specific time.
- without any ability to communicate with the other player
- alternating turns against the same foe (so you will often require one player to do a skill that the other player will benefit from in the next turn)
- the "trial" has fixed teams but the actual game mode is implied not - so you have to build a team and HOPE to be matched to someone that has a team that completes your (for example you need to remove debuff A while other players removes debuff B, and you get matched to so
Seems like they build a game mode that manages to amplify every issue the game has and take it to unplayable levels.
Really...
Imagine having a platform with gacha units. Some can break walls, some can fly over pits, some can press buttons etc....
And then you have levels that REQUIRE to be able to do some of these things.
The level requires 6 abilities, you can only bring 3... and you have to HOPE to be matched to someone that by sheer chance picket the other three you don't have.
And on top you have to sync without being able to communicate. Like... press two buttons at the same time.
This game mode looks like pure hell
and this is even without considering trolls that want to make you lose on purpose.
This game needs to die.

@SPArcheon I think that's the most hilarious part

@AndrasDeak--СлаваУкраїні Mind you, it is not "at the same time" as in a real time game. It is still a card based turn game.
But is should be clear that you want to launch coordinated attacks.
this guy is pretty know to be pretty sold to the company (meaning: they will rarely say anything bad about the game). And it is clear that it is NOT his first attempt. He clearly mentions some things before seeing them (like the penguins on Big Mom)
Yet you can see the gameplay.
In this case your and your co-op players teams are fixed. But apparently this is only for the test.
Now... did you see when one player had to remove the defense buff but could not kill the enemy because of a resilience buff that only the other player could remove?
What happens if your partner doesn't have any character with that ability (since random pairing and you only have 6 character each but no way to know what the other player has)?
