@fixer1234 Rethinking some of these things as I just handed in my nomination: I have suggested this in my nomination as well, but what is obviously missing from our arts and crafts website in comparison to others, is a way to display and discuss projects themselves. This is likely the largest setback of having a moderated crafts-related website in trying to attract and retain users.

@fixer1234 Would you still be willing to throw your hat in? I realize you do not care that much for the diamond, but your support has been invaluable so far and I think you would make a great addition. Besides, if Lyssagal doesn't step up we'll have too few moderators. I just want to reiterate that you notice very little of (corporate) SE here, if that's your major obstacle.

Two excellent candidates so far, but at least two more candidates are needed to make an actual election.

fixer1234 would obviously be an excellent candidate too (as long as the mod role doesn't distract from providing good answers, which I imagine it doesn't on a quiet little site like A&C).

@Joachim oh, we had a chat with Catija a while ago on SA. She mentioned that Photography SE has some gallery/showcase thing. Haven’t dug into the topic yet, but maybe our artists would like a similar chance to showcase their work?
