I don't think I quite like this. Here's another low quality question which has been answered recently by a moderator, even if it was asked a while ago.
In fact, a mod and a high rep user. This will need explanation.
@TheSimpliFire I think the problem is that they push these questions into the active queue, where they get viewed. I don't want people to be answering low quality questions, even if they are from the past. There are so many good questions to answer, particularly for someone as experienced as this mod, so I wonder why they wanted to answer this kind of a question. It's not setting a good example, IMO. I'll also say that I won't bat an eyelid if this wasn't a mod and a hru.
