For those considering running in the election, I suggest that you have some history in the review queues. It is part of the basis for understanding what a moderator has to do.

As we announced today, there is a new user interface for candidate questionnaires in moderator elections. Chemistry will be the first Stack Exchange community to use the new UI when the nomination phase of your election begins later today.

Sorry - it's growing pains for the whole system and we're still working it out. They opted to go with the new editor because it'll get converted eventually but it's still not quite ready for production so it comes with some headaches.
No problem. I remember trying the editor out on MetaMeta and didn't notice the problems I'm currently experiencing. I'm sure you'll iron out some more quirks now :) Thank you for your help
They're named after zombie processes, which are covered on quite a few of the other SE sites. But we're the only community referring to inactive, unanswered questions like that.
@Mast Would you be ever so kind and confirm for me that you can edit both your candidate statement and your questionnaire answers? We had a bug until today that prevented such actions.
