@hyper-neutrino seen the raised flag and came here to look. Technically speaking not on-topic... they may still find someone interested in the IT Security DMZ chat room. That is... assuming there is a valid story behind the request.

@pxeger Looked at the site, apparently is one of those online blacklist where you can report phishing sites. That is the reason I think someone in the DMZ could be interested to hear the story.

@SPArcheon Potentially. They just dropped in and said "I need one more vote on <site>, can anyone help?" which, since it's totally unrelated to SE (and honestly I must've mistook it for a spam site itself) I decided it was spam

I'm still not sure what it's about but you seem to have taken a better look at it; should I remove the user's suspension?

No worries, no offense taken. I've unsuspended the user; I'll ping the user again and let them know it's off-topic here and see if they take it somewhere else if it'll be on-topic. If they end up spamming there I'll just manually suspend them again.

As for the suspension, I think you could try so that they could seek help in a more appropriate room. And if that was indeed spam and they continue it... a second suspension is also an option.

Now, high-rep users have been going about their business like cold-blooded assassins. The numbers will be available to you, but I do some basic keep up, and everyday I'm staggered by both the quality of the answers as well as their FGITW nature. For long we have wanted a statement to be made.

I'm sorry if I held extreme opinions, but these form in the face of extraordinary occurences like these, that, let me tell you, actually become quite common!

@TeresaLisbon A dream feature, which will almost certainly never happen: all questions (or perhaps just all questions from users with less than x XP) start closed. They can be opened via the usual reopening process (i.e. five users vote to reopen).

Such a feature would give the community time to help an asker improve their question, and would prevent the FGITW (fastest guns in the west) from posting one-liners almost instantaneously.

@HereToRelax This is off topic. And if you continue in this vein of accusations, I'll have to ask you to leave, and if it continues even beyond that, I'll have to delete or temporarily bar you. You can not go back and forth between peace making and then waging war again. We don't have perfect patience to cater to you every time you feel distraught.

@XanderHenderson The more I think of that, the more I think it is magnificent. I am tempting myself to not look for holes in your dream, I need all the positivity I can get! But still, forty five seconds to write a one-line answer to a PSQ. I think we are dealing with people (and I spoke about this in an answer), who, like explained in the parallel conversation, behave differently outside the site and therefore choose to behave in a certain way on site.
