the very last part of the question is hidden by the flag and the start buttons when u hover on it

oh, I see that it's determined by screen width too

Links to the far right of the last line of chat messages are obscured by the message toolbar when you hover over the message.

I honestly can't think of a good fix for that though. You need to be able to click on both the link and the toolbar, but when the toolbar isn't shown you shouldn't allocate space for it, nor should you shift the content on hover...and it shouldn't be displayed all the time either, so, hrm..

@TimStone I think a simple solution is to leave some padding on the right. In the case of the example, see here would be on a new line.
