@Nzall it's only marginally better. still shoot to kill orders, just on foreigners that enter this buffer zone
and wouldn't be too much of a stretch to imagine them doing it with the DMZ aswell

not sure if the neurological symptoms is what cause the reaction or if they are what the reaction actually is, but the fact they are restarting probably means they've worked out what happened and wasn't solely the cause of the vaccine
i do hope that if there was other pre-existing conditions which reacted badly to the vaccine they know how to test for these, my medical history is spotty enough to make me always question if some day i happened to be one of the unlucky ones to get a bad reaction (since it has happened before)
