@Derpy I don't find that weird news, nor necessarily malicious. It's the kind of precaution that a big service might take when they have a lot of spam mostly from computers with botnet malware, and they can filter most of that spam this way. You always have to be careful with it, because it's easy to make the heuristic overzealous and make it reject legitimate users.
