wow this is getting messier
started off with former Sports minister Bridget McKenzie having shown clear biased to grant funding to clubs in swing seats as opposed to merit. she "resigned" over the fact that one shooters club she gave a grant to she was a member of and she didn't disclose this
> The World Health Organization has moved to calm fears over a spike in new coronavirus cases in China, saying the new numbers do "not represent a significant change in the trajectory of the outbreak".
nope, just that China was trying to hide information

China hiding things? sounds like typical China

> "Why are so many people allowed to listen to your phone calls anyway?" Rivera asked.

"Well, that’s what they’ve done over the years," Trump said. "When you call a foreign leader, people listen. I may end the practice entirely. I may end it entirely."

Top White House and national security officials typically listen in on presidential phone calls to keep everyone on the same page and create a record of the conversation.
oh yes, very smart idea, lets take the sole word on the pathological lair when keeping everyone on the same page after the phone call
though we know it's not surprising that Trump doesn't want paper trails or records of what he's doing

Why would he he's hiding things
yawns why do I always join chat to see whats going on when its mostly inactive

> The bill would allow tampons and menstrual pads to be tax-free during the state's three-day weekend at the end of July where certain goods can be purchased without sales tax, according to The Associated Press.

Republicans reportedly pushed back on adding the hygiene products to the list during a Tuesday hearing, arguing that people who use the products could purchase too many if not given a limit.

@GnomeSlice The scrolling on that website is a mess. The video is slightly too low on my screen when the page opens, but then when I scroll down a tick on my wheel, part of the header collapses and the rest gets pinned so the video is suddenly too high.

@Memor-X how dare we.

The only solution is for them to keep dishing about what they know of each other until they both spontaneously combust

Imagine burning yourself like this: LA mayor says he's an "older, straighter" Buttigieg

@TimStone so he's buttigieg without the appeal of buttigieg

Tom Perez turn on your location

It's one superdelegate Michael, what could it cost, ten million dollars?

@Unionhawk How many superdelegates are there in total?

@TimStone applauds

This is dumb but it's extra dumb because the DoJ is arguing on behalf of Qualcomm against lawyers from the FTC
The tl;dr on what Qualcomm has been doing for those not familiar is that they say "If you want our chips, and where else are you going to get cellular modems from, let's be real, you have to pay us patent royalties. Based on the value of your completed device. And your other devices. Yes, even if they don't contain a Qualcomm chip"
Microsoft did something very similar in the 90's with DOS and as you might recall that did not go well but things were also seemingly less dumb then

11:10 PM
@MBraedley I don't quite know, there were 433 in 2016, but there are way less now
About 100 might be right, and they're bound to the top regular delegate vote getter in round 1 now
It's mostly party dignitaries, former presidents and governors and such

@Unionhawk Then what's the point of super delegates?

Who knows
So that the party dignitaries keep their trophy
And that we can release misleading charts like this throughout the process
