@KReiser Flags regarding sockpuppets and ban evasions can have great variance in their handling time. If the issue is clear cut, it is usually short though. However, we at the moment have not been handling flags as effectively as usual for different reasons. (E.g., I am at the moment trying to solve problems with some documents I must hand over and this is taking more of my time than I'd like.) I'd expect that by the end of the month things will move more swiftly again.
I have two deleted questions, one of them received 2 down-votes because it was duplicate of another question and the other received 3 down-votes because it was said it didn't have enough information, but in this post I didn't have any more information about that question either. I answered four questions to do positive contributions (earned 22 points) to get out of the ban, but it didn't helped.
