@Alex Even the one in the Gemara wasn't a get rich quick; it still took a couple of years to fully work. Also, I live nowhere near a cemetery.

I love the backstory of that braisa, though. The couch was too good for him; his wife was so upset with him, she told him to go to She'ol.

@Feeds See the Gemara later on 31a which darshens the same pasuk. Based on Rashi there, perhaps you can say that במקום רנה here is specifically where the שירים ותשבחות are said as a form of prayer, i.e. pesukei dezimra in shul.

Sounds like the same idea, but doesn't explicitly apply it to all cases.

Fun fact: it seems that the Shas tab of hebrewbooks.org now defaults to the day's daf. I don' think it used to do that.
