no, i suppose not. it just gives a sense that persons are trying to evade and beat about the bush in an attempt to divert from the actual important topic. that is not always the case though.
i mean to get the 120 day chat ban from SO was not easy (well i was not exactly seeking it). here, you do way less and you almost instantaneously get a week ban.
