@Hakase I probably shouldn't be taken as a representative example for the whole room. Sometimes I feel like I couldn't remember most things even if my life were on the line. Aside from some vague general notions, Ichigo Mashimaro is a distant memory to me. XD
The thing I remember most about it is that my volume 1 D.V.D. broke in the strangest way, like the seal that kept the plastic layers of the disc weren't strong enough in the center or something.
You could pinch the disc in that spot and hear it click.
And yeah, that does seem like an oddly specific memory now that I think about it, but the thing about it is that sometimes I could actually get the disc to work, so I spent quite a fair amount of time doing that.
in the 2003 anime of Fullmetal Alchemist we see that our world have counterparts to characters in Amestris. in the Conqueror of Shamballa film we see
Officer Hughes (Maes Hughes's Counterpart)
Gracia the Florist (Gracia Hughes's counterpart)
Alfons Heiderich (Alphonse Elric's Counterpart)
Noah...
I don't know if Hitler has a counterpart on Amestris, but if Armstrong has a counterpart in Germany, it's probably the German Mechanic from Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark:
Or at the very least, that toy has been passed down the Armstrong family tree for generations. >_>
@Memor-X I'd think so too but right now my answer to a meta-question regarding the subject is only the runner-up to an answer which claims anything showing blood is inappropriate. Granted, Shawizard's comments suggest that he would accept some amount of blood, but that's not actually in the body of the answer for which people voted. :-\
@Tonepoet yeh but my problem is that the top answer sorta fence sits. i think as someone who mains on ELAU you'd understand that can and is are 2 different answers
@Memor-X Can and Is usually aren't compared actually. Is isn't considered helping verb like can/may/will et cetera, it's considered a variant of the substantive verb and shares that title with words like be and was.
@Memor-X Heh, yeah, as soon as I wrote about it here it looks like the votes flipped around. XD It was 11/8 when I wrote my last message, but now it's 8/10 in my favor.
@Memor-X Eh, as flattered as I am , it's only a little over 3,900 rep over a few years' worth of time, and most of it is basic word defnining stuff. Syntax confuses me too to be honest, although naturally I have some cusory knowledge regarding the parts of speech.
@Memor-X So basically this, although I think English is fine. XP
@Memor-X Oh, I get it now. Shawizard's answer wrote "can be" instead of is as I paraphrased it, in reference to possessing the latent yet potentially unexercised ability, rather than having the inherent stative quality. I suppose that is slightly different. >_< Good catch.
When Dr. Monica Ulterro is conducting an autopsy on Diavolo, there seems to be a collection of soup ladles shown in the background of the mortuary. I'm not very well-versed in morticians and their tools, but it would certainly seem odd to have those 3 tools.
Here's a closer look at them.
