@Hakase I probably shouldn't be taken as a representative example for the whole room. Sometimes I feel like I couldn't remember most things even if my life were on the line. Aside from some vague general notions, Ichigo Mashimaro is a distant memory to me. XD
The thing I remember most about it is that my volume 1 D.V.D. broke in the strangest way, like the seal that kept the plastic layers of the disc weren't strong enough in the center or something.
You could pinch the disc in that spot and hear it click.
And yeah, that does seem like an oddly specific memory now that I think about it, but the thing about it is that sometimes I could actually get the disc to work, so I spent quite a fair amount of time doing that.

Q: Does Adolf Hitler have a counterpart in Fullmetal Alchemist 2003's Amestris?

Memor-Xin the 2003 anime of Fullmetal Alchemist we see that our world have counterparts to characters in Amestris. in the Conqueror of Shamballa film we see Officer Hughes (Maes Hughes's Counterpart) Gracia the Florist (Gracia Hughes's counterpart) Alfons Heiderich (Alphonse Elric's Counterpart) Noah...

I don't know if Hitler has a counterpart on Amestris, but if Armstrong has a counterpart in Germany, it's probably the German Mechanic from Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark:
Or at the very least, that toy has been passed down the Armstrong family tree for generations. >_>
@Tonepoet lol, i saw this and before seeing Indiana Jones i throught it was Drax from Guardians of the Galaxy
@Tonepoet however it's missing pink diamonds
@Memor-X That's nothing a little glitter can't fix:
Also, this:
Then again, on second thought, I just remembered the other topic we had about blood earlier and my answer didn't quite manage to reach the top. XP
Close enough:
06:43
@Tonepoet to be honest the blood in that is fine
it's far more tame than say Elfen Lied
also he's not the only man allowed to sparkle. his dad does
Anonymous
and arguably Olivier whos more manly than anyone in the North
to the point where she's not causing her shirt to explode like Sig and Alex
(though i just seem to recall Sig seeing Alex show off his muscles and them he makes his shirt explode to show off his)
actually, does Olivier even show having sparkles?
i know their parents and Catherine do
@Memor-X I'd think so too but right now my answer to a meta-question regarding the subject is only the runner-up to an answer which claims anything showing blood is inappropriate. Granted, Shawizard's comments suggest that he would accept some amount of blood, but that's not actually in the body of the answer for which people voted. :-\
06:58
@Tonepoet yeh but my problem is that the top answer sorta fence sits. i think as someone who mains on ELAU you'd understand that can and is are 2 different answers
or maybe i'm just nit picking
@Memor-X Can and Is usually aren't compared actually. Is isn't considered helping verb like can/may/will et cetera, it's considered a variant of the substantive verb and shares that title with words like be and was.

Mesa don't understand
@Memor-X Heh, yeah, as soon as I wrote about it here it looks like the votes flipped around. XD It was 11/8 when I wrote my last message, but now it's 8/10 in my favor.
@Tonepoet *whistles*
though i did find that your answer was better than the top one. and i didn't just up/downvote the top 2, i went though them all
@AsieR_2 high level english. most of us probably wouldn't understand either
@Tonepoet has more rep on English Language and Usage with it coming from just answers so it shows they know their stuff
or atleast knows how to farm rep using the most annoying langue in the world. English sux
07:15
@Memor-X Eh, as flattered as I am , it's only a little over 3,900 rep over a few years' worth of time, and most of it is basic word defnining stuff. Syntax confuses me too to be honest, although naturally I have some cusory knowledge regarding the parts of speech.
@Memor-X So basically this, although I think English is fine. XP
Well, early 19th century English is fine anyway.

@Memor-X Oh, I get it now. Shawizard's answer wrote "can be" instead of is as I paraphrased it, in reference to possessing the latent yet potentially unexercised ability, rather than having the inherent stative quality. I suppose that is slightly different. >_< Good catch.

Q: Why is there a soup ladle in the mortuary in Jojo Episode 38?

yuritsuki When Dr. Monica Ulterro is conducting an autopsy on Diavolo, there seems to be a collection of soup ladles shown in the background of the mortuary. I'm not very well-versed in morticians and their tools, but it would certainly seem odd to have those 3 tools. Here's a closer look at them.

She finally got it!
Congratulations Saber! Please don't wish yourself out of existance. =P

@Memor-X That thing in her hands. Cough...
@Tonepoet oh the Holy Grail
yeh i didn't see the bottom of it. it just looks like a big bowl
@Memor-X Yeah, I figured. It does look a little big.
My Brain: the moment she is about to redo the sword drawing ceremony she sees an alternate timeline and insteads wishes for that and then......

Lancer Arturia - The result of her still drawing Excalibur and learning from her mistakes and taking a new path
Oh shoot, somebody's blocking the way! XP
@Tonepoet lol, actually how the Black Knight responds is much how Arturia did to Kay when she was young
