@Memor-X Inclusive job fair was a good idea as in India very fewer companies are LGBT inclusive and this one was. The first time a saw a hot guy in formal with boots heels applying for IT jobs

Anyways it was also good that intersex also had an opportunity here and transsexual/transgender too which is not so easy here

@Memor-X agenda was to just get all the inclusive companies and LGBT+ people under one roof, there was no job promise, you will get a chance to apply on matching the profile for your capabilities. NO interview or selection was done just a collection of resume and call based on match
