Any thoughts on displaying that for mobile?
Currently, it looks pretty weird on mobile.
(Rest of the site looks great, though!)

make the left part a header row on top of each section

@MathieuGuindon I do already.
The CSS could be tweaked, but it's the table that's giving me fits.

good! now have fun aligning divs with CSS :)

What about the right table, though?

That doesn't look right...

doesn't look too bad, just a few margins are off
wait no
you want the caption under the Caption heading

That.
I was thinking something like:
CAPTION: ...
WIDGET TYPE: ...
EDIT SETTINGS: ...

With bold instead of scream.
But that screws it on my big page.

can't have a different style sheet for mobile?

8:28 PM
Can, sorta...

I hate it when I can't request the normal desktop site on a mobile UI..

I'm using bootstrap rows. They auto-collapse.
So, in most places, it just shows narrower or has everything collapsed into 1 column instead of 2.
Same here, except, it's kind of a tablular structure, but I'm using a list, since HTML tables are the sh!ttiest thing since forever.

@MathieuGuindon chrome mobile allows you to request the desktop site anyways

@Hosch250 pretty sure that actual shit is the shittiest thing since shit became a thing....

@Hosch250 I say from experience that copy pasta'd makes for crappier tables than an actual HTML table.

That'd be pretty hard...

woo hoo. I'm coming up from the bowels of AvalonEdit.

@IvenBach once you understand enough of it, draft a blog post and I'll put it up on RD news
and/or make a wiki page for it

I wonder if anyone already started doing semantic HTML....

8:54 PM
o.o This is just the example I'm going through. I still have to hack it into RD and see if I can get some semblance of it working.

9:12 PM
How's that, @MathieuGuindon?

Needs moar purrrple
;-)

LOL. I take it you like it better?

Like, a banner for each page. Yeah =)

@MathieuGuindon this purple enough?

Purple like his velvet suit.

9:27 PM
yikes++;
What is it with people lately, wanting a modeless UserForm and clinging to procedural paradigm?
I'd re-post this answer, verbatim. You absolutely want vbModeless, and definitely split up your procedures. The less a procedure does, the better. — Mathieu Guindon 33 mins ago

makes me think he's wanting to do it wizard-style

Duck check: At times when I'm at the base of a call stack and the current method exits there are other methods that may be called after. Currently an OnPropertyChanged handler just got invoked. Is this an example of listeners which are subscribed to an event firing now that something has occurred?

hmm, not sure - that might be thread switching
did you note a blue arrow on the yellow arrow when stepping through?
if there's one, that indicates that you've switched thread

I don't think so.

9:34 PM
:barf: wtf my text is backwards. Halp! How 2 fixes? Ctrl+F5 for the win.

@MathieuGuindon ?

@Hosch250 neat

Q: Simplify loops with non-contiguous ranges

Zack EThis code is tested and works, but I am needing some guidance on simplifying these loops with non contiguous ranges. I was thinking an array might be better, but I havent had enough experience with Arrays to know where to start with one. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Dim r As Rang...

1 hour later…

If you don’t feel like an idiot, just try to draw an ampersand on a whiteboard.

I don't get it. Why would drawing & make one feel like an idiot?
<= probably is an idiot for not even getting it

^ Very few people can get it right.

Oh, okay.

to be fair, mouse != dry marker

11:17 PM
^^ Look up on the white board! Is that an ugly 8, a crippled child, no it's a pitiful ampersand!
That's still about how my & end up.
I use my hillbilly + where the top and left side are connected. Cuz it's all relatives.
