@agent86 It's mostly the Web Fundamentals stuff I'm interested in. A friend of mine and I are thinking of going through the Web Fundamentals stuff together because both of our partners who code are back-end people, and learning front-end stuff would be handy so they could do the back-end work and we could do the front-end work.
@FAE Learning how to code will help you learn how to test better as well. Most of our QA/Support that works at the company with us are former software developers that simply didnt want to develop software any more... and because of what they know they are generally pretty good at trying to break things :D

@agent86 One of my problems with learning in general is that I need structure. I'm a very, very poor self-learner because my self-discipline sucks. I'm working on it, but it's still really, really hard for me to just say, pick up a book and do something on my own and learn from that as opposed to having structured lessons. It's mostly the structure of this that appeals to me.
@FAE yeah, structure and rewards are certainly helpful. I'd just suggest that if you finish up the web fundamentals and still have some energy, run through jQuery. making things move and change in response to user input is its strong point.
most of my tools, the UI's about 90% jquery, and the data processing is javascript. All the buttons/stuff being displayed/etc is all done via jquery's API

@RonanForman The software I use just handles it that way. It takes like 10min to render a 20-30min video, but if I am just adding in 15seconds to the end it does it in like 20 seconds :)

I picked up several mods in the opening levels of mass effect 3 (PC version). Where are they? They do not show up at the workbench or armory in the Normandy, is this a glitch or am i missing the obvious?
