Is it supposed to work the same as mathscinet.ams.org/mathscinet-getitem?mr=3443231 - this one at least works for users without MathSciNet access. (Of course, it does not show the review. But at least it shows basic information - and unlike the current link it does not show me field asking me to input Username and Password.)
