On this browser/laptop I can not drag the mouse, so I can not resize and move the hats. So the retro specs look silly.
I did get a gold badge but not a gold hat, so I am afraid that there is not gold badge hat this year.

We don't really get snow in the UK. Not by Canadian or Siberian standards
2010 we had about 7ft of snow. All winter
Was superb for those of us with Subarus and other snow vehicles
