@JBentley: As much as I personally agree that the "no contact with the opposite sex" rule is hugely detrimental and defines mistrust of your partner as a cornerstone of the relationship (and is indicative of deep seeded issues in how the relationship is approached); OP and her both felt this way and both agreed to this rule. Whether others (like you and me) like this or not is irrelevant and prone to subjective judgments. The question would be the same if they had agreed to never eat ice cream on Tuesdays and then she did so anyway. — Flater 1 min ago

There are some really good elements to this answer, but also a few things which are prone to misinterpretation or wrong implications. (1) "and then ask them to sit down, and behave seriously" Asking someone to behave seriously, when phrased like that, can come across as arrogant and/or patronizing. (2) "Tell them about multiple detailed accounts" I would suggest for OP to address problems they faced rather than point out bad behavior ("being unreliable") - the latter can come across as combative or accusatory. — Flater 18 secs ago

@banneenbeno it's not necessarily a matter of where, but how you ask it here. As is you're asking a very open ended question. If you were to phrase it towards a specific goal (ex. how can I keep more to myself in a mixed gender group without appearing rude) your question can be re-opened. Otherwise you may ask a guidance counselor from your school — BKlassen 16 secs ago

HR is there to protect the company, not you. Downvoting because this isn't a problem that puts the company at risk so going to HR is only going to make things worse. — Steve 55 secs ago

Why aren't you already following company standard coding practices? If you are then his editing should be identified as a problem and people should be able to see is nonsense by looking at the versioning. — Steve 2 mins ago
