Q: Betta fish swimming disorder

Pra SI got my betta 6 months back,and the last week has been errible for us.He caught fin rot disease but somehow clean water and almond leaf helped him.Now everything is fine except the way he sleeps,always on his left side,like flat on water,and always sticking to the glass. Please help me.ASAP
