FWIW, I think I've seen myself grow a lot over the past few years, despite the relative lack of participation on the main site. Cat no longer blocks me. I'm much less likely to cause drama. Monologues are kept in check.

well then your public key either isn't on the remote server, or it's got the wrong permissions or it's broken in some other way (the remote servers sshd log will provide more info)

yeah not every access point supports it

you normally only ever see it in use on public wifi networks

where clients generally wouldn't talk to each other.

@djsmiley2k now that you are mentionning it, the ssh issue only happens when I did the test on work's network and on a public spot

well..... it maybe that work and the public wifi both blocking ssh, but not right away

it's weird, because it does see the client start connecting
