@iammilind note this point. we may not have access to all mod (pingable) even if there's a chat room dedicated to mods. Btw, we may also not force any mod to actively participate in a room.

@Pandya Can there be a mutual understanding among all the Mods, at least to be pingable, if not active enough>?

e.g. If the flag has been dealt by 1 Mod, is the other Mod going to work upon it?
