Q: What is 1.1.1.1? Why does it work for traceoute but not ping?

BlueBerry - Vignesh4303Today while trying out with networks I took traceroute of 1.1.1.1 and found my gateway address. Whereas I pinged 1.1.1.1 it results with packet loss. I googled about 1.1.1.1 and can't find any relevant results. The following were my questions: What is 1.1.1.1? As per my understanding, Default ...

Can we lock that question, 4 answers referencing Cloudflare, on a question asked 3 years before Cloudflare owned the address, is ridiculous

Lol
@Ramhound custom flag it? It does need some pruning and maybe a post notice if anything works and say I said to flag.

Bob
@BrunoFinger You probably won't run in any problems as the 1.1.1.0/24 prefix is currently assigned to APNIC for research purposes, also given that it is widely abused for local networks (especially the 1.1.1.1 address) and is thus not going to host a publicly-facing service anytime soon. But doing so is definitely bad practice. Practically you can (but shouldn't) use any unicast non-localhost IP range you want for your local network, but then if a public site/service uses the same IP, it won't be reachable from your network. — Ale Feb 20 at 20:57
lol, barely a month is probably "anytime soon"

Yea, that question needs some serious renovating.
I imagine many people fail to look at the date a question/answer was posted.

Bob
@Ramhound I chucked a protect on it.

@fixer1234,Hi,you was right,It seems to be really "haiku"

Bob

Should at least stop the low-rep answers. And hopefully higher-rep can read the Q.

@MichaelFrank technically the date shouldn't matter. Except when it does

A: What is 1.1.1.1? Why does it work for traceoute but not ping?

Henry Chan1.1.1.1 is used as the default address of the DHCP server on CISCO routers. However, on the public internet, 1.1.1.1 now belongs to Cloudflare DNS service. Whois record: inetnum: 1.1.1.0 - 1.1.1.255 netname: APNIC-LABS descr: APNIC and Cloudflare DNS Resolver project des...

Srsly?

Probably?

Bob
Wait. DHCP servers have an IP address?

@magicandre1981,I had the last updates but I didn't see the notification toast.Can I delete the MSU file? Thank you

Bob
12:27 AM
@FMLCat when was the last time you saw cisco respecting standards? :P

@Bob Yes, how do you think the DHCP server communicates with the client?
(To be fair, while it operates on the IP layer it is mostly just broadcasts)

@FMLCat Instant Transmission!

@MichaelFrank But that's TCP/**IT** not TCP/**IP**

Bob
@FMLCat magic? :P
idk what I was thinking

@Bob "I'm a fox and I'm fluffy licks" is probably what you were thinking

Q: How do I fully uninstall Pi-hole from my Ubuntu laptop?

André CarvalhoYes, I know I'm lame. I just installed Pi-hole in my laptop... the one I use all the time. I thought this software works as AdBlock and, without reading anything, I ran the curl command in terminal and vòi la... I can't use internet anymore. I have Ubuntu 18.04 installed. I'm trying to remove it...

whoops!

Q: Why are DHCP Offer and Ack broadcasted?

BruceWhy can't the server use the destination IP address of 0.0.0.0 as is used in source IP of DHCP Discover and Request? It can use the MAC address of the client learnt from DHCP Discover and Request to direct the frame to the appropriate client machine.

I learnt a lot from this!
(Well the answers to this mostly)
That said while the answers are interesting and informative, none of them actually answer the question
Ooooh I reached 5005 reputation
Didn't even notice
What goodies do I get?
Wow it's been a while since my last visit to the reputation tab... or since I answered any questions for that matter

Erf. 5000 is the most boring level ever. Onwards to 10k!
Moderator tools sounds cool. I haven't a clue what tag wiki edits are

12:52 AM
Was more worried about getting a protect then anything

But there's no Save option in the menu!
Lol you mean like those Air France pilots?

2 hours later…
2:34 AM
who was it who had an old MBP with an issue? @MichaelFrank ?
@FMLCat the thing they're erferring to that you "instinctively" do to escape a stall is supposed to be push the nose down, which the pilots of Air France never did, unless the "instinctive" means "pull up" :S

@allquixotic I did

@MichaelFrank did you ever fix it?
that video basically explains how to fix it, you could probably find a shop to, but more than likely it's that hardware issue

I dd'd the HDD, but didn't get any further than that with trying to recover the filesystem.
I still have a 320gb image of the drive I keep meaning to investigate though... :|

is it a 2012 model with a GeForce GT650M?

I'll check when I get home.
I don't think it was a retina display though.
omg that "solder" is soft.. o.O

@MichaelFrank And the insult added in rev 4

Just rebooted for Patch Tuesday. It's astounding just how fast Astaroth can do this. No more waiting several minutes to half an hour like the old days.

So... how fast do your PCs reboot on major updates?
(heck, even my old gaming laptop would require 2-3 minutes to complete a reboot – this demon needs only about one minute or so to do the same)

@bwDraco I can let you know when I get home...
My laptop will no doubt take minutes, although my desktop might be fairly quick.

I'd say this improvement is due to the combination of a high-performance NVMe SSD and processor. SATA SSDs are noticeably slower here.
Hard drives, even more so.

5:17 AM
@bwDraco like a monthly cumulative update, or a version upgrade from like 1709 to 1803?
lately, on my desktop, a typical monthly Win10 patch takes like 15-30s on the shutdown part, plus ~45s for POST and the RAID card's Option ROM, plus about 2 minutes once the OS loads before it allows me to login... all in all, not that bad, and a significant chunk of the time is actually my RAID card :P
1709 to 1803 took less than an hour, which surprised me
maybe about 45m

user226528
@allquixotic Yeah. Microsoft promised as much.

user226528
They said they're now doing some of the update process while the OS is still online and you are working with it.

user226528
I, of course, won't get updated until July.

5:33 AM
@allquixotic Cumulative update.

user226528
6:24 AM
You know, I used to have Paragon Backup and Recovery. Every time Windows 10 updated itself to the next build, Paragon Backup and Recovery deactivated itself. The problem is that you wouldn't know until you, for some reason, pay the app a visit.

Someone next to me was looking at a very funny comic strip. Too bad, she was a stranger, or I'll have asked her to share it with me.

user226528
It was something like this:
> A: I'm gonna need your address
> B: 104.43.195.251
> A: No, I mean your local address
> B: 127.0.0.1
> A: I am talking about your physical address, genius!
> B: [Some MAC address]

8:08 AM
Huh... Windows 10 includes a F.Lux-like feature!
I wonder when that was implemented...

user226528
@MichaelFrank Yes, since 1703.

user226528
It's been there for one year and one month now.

1703 was like.. 315 years ago.

user226528
@MichaelFrank Ha, ha. Very funny. Just for the record, "1703" mean "Windows 10 version 1703", which is released in March 2017.

Oh, I know. It was just amusing the other way. :)

user226528
8:12 AM
Of course, 1703 in Gregorian calendar means 315 years ago. In Jalali calendar, it is very much in the future.

user226528
I think we are in Jalali year 1397, so that'd be 306 years in the future.

user226528
Windows 10 supports Jalali calendar.

Interesting that we're only a few years from being exactly in the middle of those two calendars.

yah
must mean the end of days!!

@bwDraco About to restart for patch tuesday, stopwatch at the ready!
4mins 21secs.
Not bad for an x230 with a HDD.

8:35 AM
/me is stuck on 1703 at work, for ever.

We're still on Win 7 at work.
There's a Win10 build in the works, but it is only certified for a few different models, and I don't have any spare units that will work :(

lol
sounds like here tbh

9:02 AM
Wife just text me a shopping list and part way down she has "desecrated coconut".

9:29 AM
@MichaelFrank first you need a concecrated coconut...

10:12 AM
is what I found when googling for that

11:01 AM
welp why is this always fun D:

Oh lord
wehn you plug a cable into the switch, which really shouldn't have access to the things it's showing it's got access to
and you're freaking out
only to realise you miscounted the port number \o/

I so want to reply 'U BROKED IT. Y U DO DIS?!'
(I haven't)

I'd point out he has annoyed a good chunk of the moderator team

So have I!
And even some CMs!

@FMLCat yeah, but you're a cat. We keep putting you out, but you keep coming back.

12:26 PM
Meaow.
Also odd I've not attracted much mod or CM attention lately, given my last CM warning was for being "sexist" and I've been a lot more sexist since.

this might be a positive development?

Anyway, now I've hoovered my laptop, back to Far Cry 5
@JourneymanGeek That I'm more sexist or that mods are too fed up with me to deal with it?

Or maybe just doing it in a less offensive way
Anyway, it appears I may be suffering from porn addiction

12:28 PM
(And subsequent sensation seeking addiction)
Apparently people with this relatively modern condition get frequently misdiagnosed with all that kinda stuff... and I've been pretty much misdiagnosed with all that stuff at one point yet the treatments for it never worked
I blame too much internet/computers

You could always step away ;p

Which my parents tried to steer me away from, yet ironically my shrink also thinks my abusive parents were the reason I'm so messed up in the head... possibly because of the train of misdiagnoses
@JourneymanGeek I probably will at some point, need to see my shrink again first to discuss it

ah ok
I was thinking also the stuff you're addicted to, but computers and the internet have generally have been a mental-health-positive thing for me

Apparently excessive porn exposure drives dysfunctional changes in your brain structure particularly in the areas associated with addiction, mood, and motivation, that affects every other aspect of your life in similar ways to depression
i.e. can cause addictive or sensation-chasing use of other things (like computer games, drugs, motorcycles.... etc.)
There doesn't seem to be evidence that too much computer/internet usage alone is detrimental, just er... spending too much time on certain corners of the internet.

ah yup

12:37 PM
There is research into phenomena like social media addiction among teenagers but I suspect that's a symptom of an underlying disorder rather than driving it (same as computer game addiction is often driven by underlying disorders in the dopaminergic reward/addiction pathway but does also sometimes exist in isolation as the cause)
Anyway, that ted talk was enlightening

So... one thing about server gear. The few times I've encountered rackmount servers, the build quality simply amazes me. The chassis construction, especially the front cover and branding (logos, wordmarks, etc.) are often oh-so-beautifully made.

Mostly because I'd never considered porn addiction (personally) before because I thought of it as something completely different... but the way it rewires your brain to mishandle non-porn-related stimuli is actually the problematic part

@bwDraco hah. The older gear's better.

So I wonder: Are there consumer/gaming desktops or cases built to this same standard?

@bwDraco workstations are often built to similar standards
and low end ones are pretty close to consumer boxen

12:40 PM
The closest thing I can come up with is HP's $600 OMEN X chassis, but I can't find much else in the consumer computing world.
It's like build quality has gone to crap on even premium hardware.

well, I've tended to be fond of my enthusiast cases

As for laptops/tablets, only Macs and Surface devices seem to come anywhere near this standard.

It's odd server cases are so robust, given their relative lack of being physically manipulated once installed
Normally they get shoved in a rack and left untouched for years (unless a fault/service is required). And even then that happens less often than on consumer/desktop gear

@FMLCat I wonder. Do men whose wives are that pretty suffer from the same problem?

yup
nor are they really seen much

12:44 PM
That said, my enthusiast desktop cases have always been pretty robust, and server cases are designed to withstand a lot of vibration I guess

@JourneymanGeek The Corsair 760T is honestly quite poor when viewed from this perspective, but it's among the best big enthusiast cases nonetheless.
Goddamn falling baseline.

@allquixotic No, unless they have 20+ wives (watch the Ted talk, it's about availability of huge numbers of novel stimuli not excessive exposure to one single person/stimulus)
Although a different ted talk does suggest having a rotation of multiple partners for an unrelated though similar issue >_>

heh
someone must be a fan of late heinlein

In the same vein as "server" hard drives claim to have (marketing fad mostly) "enhanced vibration tolerance" it may be server cases are similarly designed because they're exposed to large amounts of constant vibration
I know my relatively well built laptop has had screws fall out by themselves over time due to vibration (and the fact it's been serviced a few times so the threadlock has become mostly non-functional)

I mean, the way rackmount servers are made and branded, it exudes a level of authority that I simply can't get from any consumer-oriented desktop.
Even the best gaming PC cases don't give this feel.

12:51 PM
Overclocking my laptop has reduced CPU temperatures... lmao
(Granted my overclocks usually include some substantial undervolting too, thus increasing efficiency at a given load)

I know the profit margins in the IT world are plenty high enough to enable vendors to spare no expense, but has the race to the bottom in consumer computing made this completely commercially unviable?
I mean, I'm sure someone appreciates build quality in desktop gear.
!!/ultraheaddesk

@bwDraco are you talking about the outer surfaces of the box, or the actual components inside? build quality, to me, has nothing to do with the case; it's about the physical durability, MTBF, stable temperature/input voltage ranges, etc. for components on the motherboard, CPU, HDDs, etc.

I'm talking about the chassis specifically.

@allquixotic He's on about the outer surfaces. Though the internals tend to be built quite well on servers as well
Robustness and serviceability, to make datacenter admins' jobs easier. Which I find kinda ironic, given most of the time I spent as a datacenter admin is sitting around doing nothing, I wouldn't mind doing a bit of DIY fidgeting

Apple makes all-aluminum chassis for their kit that feels very high quality on the outside, but the quality is skin-deep; they run their chips dangerously hot; almost every year they recall a Macbook because of some flaw about the crappy board; and their boards have next to zero protection against water or crumb damage

12:58 PM
I'm experimenting with Telnet, and it's so frustrating that there exists no standard spec and what exists is not adhered to by most any clients

@djsmiley2k Are you trying to out someone?

@rahuldottech raw terminal interfaces over some network protocol were all the rage in the 60s, 70s and 80s; there were no clear winners and losers in the market until the original UNIX truly started the conquer the industry

@allquixotic All before my time :/
I wish I'd got the chance to experience BBSs

a lot of telnet-ish protocols are based on the model number of some company's terminal that they used to sell; a terminal was a big CRT monitor with a network cable (not Ethernet) and a keyboard, and it had no processing power on-board... the network cable would go to the "big iron" that would do your processing for you

@allquixotic hm, interesting

1:03 PM
in the 80s that big iron might be a mainframe or a tower (several times bigger than an ATX PC); if you were lucky, your mainframe might be as capable as early DOS PCs in the early to mid 90s

Telnet is pretty much a standard in itself... I mean it's basically a text terminal over a TCP socket, there's not much to un-standardize
I mean the way the host at the other end reacts to what you enter in your terminal differs greatly depending on what you're connecting to, but that's not really anything to do with the Telnet standard itself
That's much the same as whether you SSH into a Cisco router or a Ubuntu server or a Windows desktop... SSH itself is pretty standardized.

@FMLCat I'm having a hard time taking inputs over telnet. And with colors. (I'm working on a server)

@rahuldottech Unless there's something specifically nostalgic you're trying to do, why the heck telnet and not SSH?

> something specifically nostalgic
This

Are you even old enough to remember ... never mind :-P

1:07 PM
VAX is a discontinued instruction set architecture (ISA) developed by Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) in the mid-1970s. The VAX-11/780, introduced on October 25, 1977, was the first of a range of popular and influential computers implementing that architecture. A 32-bit system with a CISC architecture based on DEC's earlier PDP-11, VAX ("virtual address extension") was designed to extend or replace DEC's various PDP ISAs. The VAX architecture's primary features were virtual addressing (for example demand paged virtual memory) and its orthogonal instruction set. VAX has been perceived as the...

@FMLCat No. It's all before my time.

I'm old enough that I saw a production VAX in my mom's office at work when I was really young

So I guess it's psuedo-nostalgic? IDK.
Really cool none the less, as you'll see

I'm thinking of milled metal faceplates and logos.
I mean, has consumer desktop build quality seriously gone to crap?
How would I phrase this for a Hardware Recommendations question?
> The few times I've encountered server gear, the build gear simply amazes me. It's just remarkably well-built, with incredibly solid metal construction throughout. The quality of the front of the chassis and branding, in particular, lend a sense of gravitas I simply don't get from any consumer desktop chassis I've encountered. High-end workstations from major PC vendors are often built to a similar level of quality as well.

Are there any modern (not discontinued) consumer- or gamer-oriented desktop chassis built to "big iron" server standards?
Draft question:

1:24 PM
@allquixotic Wait you're older than me?
I think I'm going to temporarily unblock bwDraco, mostly just because I'm high, in a really good mood, and too lazy to keep opening incognito windows to keep track of this conversation

Hello
So... have I improved?
If there's still anything about me you don't like, @FML, please tell me.

That's not an invitation to try to talk to me directly.
I'm merely trying to keep track of the conversation more easily while my mental faculties are somewhat otherwise occupied

Just as they say in the first chat messages... All feedback welcome!
So... any modern consumer PC chassis that's like big iron in build quality?

Depends if you mean purely a standalone empty case for DIY'ers or a chassis that's part of a prebuilt OEM system

Can be either TBH.
I'm honestly tired of the race to the bottom that plagues much consumer hardware.

Bob
1:35 PM
@bwDraco erm, it's probably more because people generally don't want their computers weighing a ton
@allquixotic lol, I bet you could still say that for someone born in the 2010s
there's probably at least a few (hundred) VAXes running

I don't mind a chassis that requires a four-person team lift (e.g. refrigerator weight).

@Bob Yeah but it'd be highly unlikely these days

My first programming job was using VT220 terminals connected to a VAX.
Then I'm a lot older than the rest of you :/

Bob
@DavidPostill I thought we settled that from the profile pic? :P

Plenty of enthusiast case makers do make decent quality chassis. My old desktop (case which I still have) weighs a good 16KG+

1:41 PM
I'm using nc.exe -lp 23 -e telnet_script.exe to run my server, but this is obviously not ideal. Does anyone know of any alternatives that might work better?

@bwDraco there's a lot of DIY cases and techniques might work

@Bob I know a lot of men in their 20's and 30's complaining about alopecia and look just as old

@Bob lol
@FMLCat I was already going bald at 30.

Bob
@rahuldottech erm, what?
what server

@FMLCat The Corsair Obsidian 900D, their largest case, weighs 41 lb (18.6 kg).

1:44 PM
@Bob To accept inbound telnet connections. telnet_script.exe is what the users are supposed to interact with

@Bob If that was aimed at me I don't recall. It was in the 80's

Bob
@rahuldottech but. why?
@DavidPostill was asking rahul, who's ncing some "server"

@Bob Scroll up ^. I'm making something a telnet server for the funies.
@Bob I can't find a single utility for windows which would do the same

Bob
...erm
I would suggest ... the telnet server

@rahuldottech funies?

1:47 PM
The Corsair Graphite 760T, which is the chassis Astaroth is built in, weighs 24.7 lb (11.2 kg).

@Bob The native telnet server doesn't exist anymore on win10, and none of the ones I find on the internet allow this - Automatically running said script for inbound connections. They all give shell access, which is not what I'm looking for

Bob
@rahuldottech "there exists no standard spec" you mean other than this document that says INTERNET STANDARD up the top? :P

they removed telnet support no?

@Bob No clients actually adhere to it

i got banned lul
the funny bit is

1:49 PM
@bwDraco Yeah, mine's a big case, but significantly smaller than that. However it's also got significant weight from sound proofing.

Try RFC 854.

I posted a random phone number which name matched the name of some guy who was saying he didn't care if his phone number was public.

Bob
@rahuldottech the same can be said of any standard

> Although there exists a standard, telnet is a rather "complex" protocol which is implemented to different extent and with different success in various clients. Often, clients are "broken" or lack support for more complex negotiation/subnegotiation schemes.

/me googled it
@DavidPostill nah, I googled their username

1:49 PM
@Bob Eh.

and it was the only result XD

@FMLCat Fractal Design, I suppose?

Anyhow, does anyone know of anything I can use here because I'm sorta worn out experimenting with all this stuff at this point

Bob
2 mins ago, by Bob
@rahuldottech "there exists no standard spec" you mean other than this document that says INTERNET STANDARD up the top? :P
:P

@bwDraco Yes. Define XL R2 (56x56x23cm vs the Corsair which is 69x65x25cm)

Bob
1:51 PM
@rahuldottech eh, use telnetd if you really want to do this

@Bob It requires java -.-
sigh

Bob
@rahuldottech ...no it doesn't?

> telnetd is an Open Source effort to implement a Java telnet daemon that is compact and generic and thus easily embeddable into other applications.

Bob
@rahuldottech idk wtf you're finding...
The telnetd program is a server which supports the DARPA telnet interactive communication protocol. Telnetd is normally invoked by the internet server (see inetd(8)) for requests to connect to the telnet port as indicated by the /etc/services file (see services(5)). The -debug option may be used to start up telnetd manually, instead of through inetd(8). If started up this way, port may be specified to run telnetd on an alternate TCP port number. The telnetd program accepts the following options: -a authmode This option may be used for specifying what mode should be used for authentication. Note that this option is only useful if telnetd has been compiled with support for authentication, which is not available in the current version. The following values of authmode are understood: debug Turns on authentication debugging code.

@JourneymanGeek yeah

Bob

also, I'd suggest running telnet on a disposable linux VM

Bob
I wonder who maintains this package, actually

@djsmiley2k Banned from what?
@JourneymanGeek Or behind a real firewall
Or both

So... would this be too opinion-based? Any suggestions before I post?

@rahuldottech if you feel some strange urge to do this from within Windows, well, WSL exists

Title: Consumer/gaming-oriented case with high-end "big iron" server-level build quality

@bwDraco I'd give it a shot.

On hardwarerecs that'd be fine... On SU you'd get a slap

da
I assume @bwDraco knows that ;p

Just double-checking, because hardwarerecs does expect a degree of specificity in questions so that it's not too subjective.

@Bob Yeah, I'll probably end up using that after trying out some six dozen alternatives and hacks because I'm obstinate, and I find this stuff (weird hacks to do obsolete things) fun
It baffles me that they managed to ruin sourceforge

Bob
2:02 PM
sourceforge has probably been ruined since before you were interested in it :P
I barely remember when it was decent-ish
though that might've been more for lack of better options

@Bob Pre 2010?

@FMLCat I think it was ok slightly past 2010, but yea it went downhill pretty fast

@djsmiley2k Hmm. But they don't live in Canada.

@Bob No, that's my point
It was already so crappy
But now it also has a jarring color scheme and you can't find downloads
Which is basically the only purpose the site served anymore anyway...

Cloud Storage
Business VoIP

wot
i just want dem codez

2:09 PM
@rahuldottech Ads perhaps? I'm not seeing those headings

It's most jarring that they still claim to be "The Complete Open-Source Software Platform"
While their top bar is currently "Articles/Cloud Storage/Business VOIP/Internet Speed Test"
None of which are relevant to "Open Source Software Platform"

Bob

lol

@Bob Bob have you been to the naughty shop again?

You'll laugh. Right until someone accosts you in a darkened alley with a sharpened carrot

2:14 PM
@bertieb See the menu bar?
Right below the main logo?

@rahuldottech lol oops

All C code should compile as C++, right?

C++ isn't a strict superset of C. There is some compatibility, such as the ability to use the C standard library, but most C programs will not compile as C++.

The C and C++ programming languages are closely related but have many significant differences. C++ began as a fork of an early, pre-standardized C, and was designed to be mostly source-and-link compatible with C compilers of the time. Due to this, development tools for the two languages (such as IDEs and compilers) are often integrated into a single product, with the programmer able to specify C or C++ as their source language. However, C is not a subset of C++, and most non-trivial C programs will not compile as C++ code without modification. Likewise, C++ introduces many features that are not...

Ah. I was mistaken. Thanks

welp

@DavidPostill source level compatibility is better with GCC, and call compatibility is quite good; C++ code can always call (statically or dynamically linked) C code, and C can call C++ code that's wrapped in extern "C"
also, lately the C++ folks are trying to incorporate more compatibility with C into new C++ standards

Old IBM PCs had this sort of build quality but modern systems rarely come close to this standard.

@bertieb It does say "Advertisement" a lot when you actually click on those pages, but I think that means there's ads interleaved on the page that I'm not seeing cause I have adblock

You pull out a screwdriver, and you see it’s one of those weird tri-headed things. Okay, well, that’s not very useful to you, but you guess it comes in handy sometimes.

You pull out the hammer, but to your dismay, it has the claw part on both sides. Still serviceable though, I mean, you can hit nails with the middle of the head holding it sideways.

You pull out the pliers, but they don’t have those serrated surfaces; it’s flat and smooth. That’s le

Guys, I am newbie with SO. I would like to ask a question, but I am becoming traumatised of being punished by downvotes! What should I do?

@gtamorim Review How to Ask and make sure you've followed all the guidance :)

Thanks @BenN. I did that. I had made what I thought be a simple, nice Python type of question. But it was so downvoted that it is now 'on hold'. I took all the comments into consideration, but it looks like (IMHO) that people downvoted for downvoting. Therefore I feel like I do not know what to do next.

This was the question:

Q: Which computer science / programming Stack Exchange sites do I post on?

Stack Overflow, being the first, has by far the most users, questions, and answers. What is the reasoning for creating the others, and are there clear guidelines for which kinds of...
