Yo @Dro @Nog @Swi

@SuryaKantaBoseChowdhury I think Mahabharata is also a good place to search patriotic/nationalist hymns . Will look into it . and will update the answer. thanks :-)

@TheLittleNaruto Yo

@TheLittleNaruto Yes - Good Morning ЁЯМ╣ Yo @NogShine @DroidDev @Caleb

'sup ?
@SwiftPushkar Caleb is pseudo user.
He doesn't respond but observe everything just like an agent.

@TheLittleNaruto ЁЯШБ ohh ...
@TheLittleNaruto haha do you mean just like a BOT . In any case lets just greet him , Everything is Brahman ЁЯША

5:09 AM
@TheLittleNaruto He is not a pseudo user. He is illuminati. Observes everything

@SwiftPushkar Sure thing,
@NogShine Ok if you say so.

He is the reason rooms like ours and Islam chat room are still alive. :P

lol as long as he post a message, then only I would say that
which he doesn't

He posted a single message in this room.

Which one

5:12 AM
and after that I haven't pinged him .

@TheLittleNaruto that one

@DroidDev I see

Jan 24 '17 at 15:30, by Caleb
@Pandya Please stop pinging me from this room every time my avatar is online. Thanks. If I want to chat in here I'll say something.
I think that ping disturbed him.

That's what
@SwiftPushkar See this ^

@NogShine well....that's correct

5:14 AM
@NogShine ЁЯШз Yes , will take care

Not everyone likes your greeting @SwiftPushkar

even I am not a big fan of random pings, but I never mind them, since they never disturb me

pinging disturbs many people if they're busy working.

By uniting all our minds together , Let us work together with one mind. We discard our anger towards each other ,we crush our anger towards each other with heavy stone.

together let us walk as friends: thy wrathful feeling I remove. Beneath a heavy stone we cast thy wrath away and bury it.

@TheLittleNaruto No, not like that they like it but it the ping is not like SO or MSE chat one. It breaks our eardrum if our head phones are plugged itn.

5:16 AM
@NogShine Yes that one as well

we have drums in our ears?

@SwiftPushkar nice

next question on this site

@DroidDev Yes bigger one
;-)

> Do we have drums in our ears? What do hindu scriptures say about it?

5:17 AM
LMAO
You remind me of that coconut boy

@DroidDev On-topic because the OP wants to know about Hindu scriptures. ;D

:'D

@NogShine XD

@NogShine lol

Man Let's make coconut boy popular

5:18 AM
@NogShine there will come a time when you(because I am not an active user, I am not saying "we") will need to put a rule in place for that. Not every question can float the same boat. Trust me, it had to be done in making of multiple sites I've been through.

Not to be confused with the secondary tympanic membrane of the round window In the anatomy of humans and various other tetrapods, the eardrum, also called the tympanic membrane or myringa, is a thin, cone-shaped membrane that separates the external ear from the middle ear. Its function is to transmit sound from the air to the ossicles inside the middle ear, and then to the oval window in the fluid-filled cochlea. Hence, it ultimately converts and amplifies vibration in air to vibration in fluid. The malleus bone bridges the gap between the eardrum and the other ossicles. Rupture or perforation...

> Not to be confused with the secondary tympanic membrane of the round window
....and here I thought it is the secondary tympanic membrane of the round window
thanks wikipedia

@DroidDev Yeah. Agreed.

@DroidDev Yeah. Agreed.

@NogShine just one last thing. If you, and some other people can gather and discuss this before it becoming a real problem will be real good. What I'd do is, keep in mind that this might become a problem. Keep tab on number of questions asking same thing, and just before it hits the threshold, put a question on meta asking the rules, going by which, a question can say "what do hindu scriptures say about it"
just one way I'd tackle it. Putting it on meta will document it for future reference

Q: Is "What scriptures/XYZ say about ...<my off topic query>?", a freeway to convert a Qn to on-topic?

iammilindThere are numerous Qn-s (including few of mine), which starts with, "What scriptures/some school/my favorite philosophy/acharyas/XYZ say about [some concept]?" Many a times these Qns are on-topic, but many a time the Qns are off-topic (IMO). The header merely acts as a "boarding pass" to ...

oh...its already there
see...
<-- not an active user
but, why's that guy writing "Qn" and "Qns" instead of "Question" and "Questions"?

> this question doesn't stand a chance the way it is. edit it to say "do hindu scriptures say" and then your question. тАУ some controversial user
@DroidDev The Qn title is already long.

@DroidDev He knows everybody will understand, or noone has ever told him to stop writing like that.

@NogShine not in the title, but in the body too
@TheLittleNaruto bhen ees u byin byk?

@DroidDev Sooner, may be before or on 13th March

5:31 AM

@NogShine lol, now I wanna meet the comment poster
@TheLittleNaruto what's on 13th?

@DroidDev Honestly, it took me a minute to understand your Japanese-English.
@DroidDev My father will send some money.

dafuq you'll do in chennai?

@DroidDev Isn't Kerala far far away from here ?
@DroidDev beaches ?

@TheLittleNaruto dude, its a bike "trip", not a bike "picnic"

5:43 AM

@TheLittleNaruto why does it matter?

5:54 AM
Bandipur National Park established in 1974 as a tiger reserve under Project Tiger, is a national park located in the south Indian state of Karnataka. It was once a private hunting reserve for the Maharaja of the Kingdom of Mysore but has now been upgraded to Bandipur Tiger Reserve. Bandipur is known for its wildlife and has many types of biomes, but dry deciduous forest is dominant. The park spans an area of 874 square kilometers (337 sq mi), protecting several species of India's endangered wildlife. Together with the adjoining Nagarhole National Park (643 km2 (248 sq mi)), Mudumalai National Park...
@Dro

@TheLittleNaruto actually, I've never seen a beach

@DroidDev ....wait! what ?
You're kidding!

well...

Ok understood
It's on the way to Kerala

lol, thnx

5:56 AM
This is more or less a border between Karnataka and Kerala
so we'll have to cross it anyway
So why not visit

oh...that's good

IT starts from 6AM morning

hmm...we'll decide a road trip

Sure
it's 231 km from my place.

that's peanuts
if its all plain road, 5 hours with leisure
...and done

6:00 AM
I never drove more than 65-70km in one way direction
So you guys will have to stick with me.

its time for you to grow up then :P
@TheLittleNaruto yeah, that's how its usually done ;)

@DroidDev Cool then
btw how is Mukesh driving skills ? @Dro

@TheLittleNaruto better than mine

6:24 AM
@Dro check WA

2 hours later…
8:21 AM
@Dro How are you doing MVVM in your project ?

8:51 AM
@TheLittleNaruto with half-hearted data binding

@DroidDev And ViewModel ?

@TheLittleNaruto business logic and getter setters for databinding are in view model

I see
How are you associating a ViewModel to activity and ActivityBinding ?

Checking
In that example is 2-Way Binding is handled ?

8:56 AM
don't remember, but that example is to make you understand the basic architecture of MVVM. Two way binding you'll implement yourself after that

Alright, one last question, this example is implementing MVVM same as you're implementing, right ?

@TheLittleNaruto yeah, actually that's the basis of my MVVM understanding

@DroidDev Soka!
Arigatou Gozaimas
The way I have done MVVM earlier was different.
I had used dagger2 + RxJava along with data binding and lmbda expressions
That was too much to digest altogether
So I am thinking to start from basic.

yeah, just do data binding alone
dagger2 and rxjava have big effects on your architecture
and data binding is also for same thing
so do it one by one

Yes right
Alright
dagger2 is fine from basic understanding level, but get complex at advance level
same with RxJava

9:17 AM
yeap

9:42 AM
Actually RxJava is also used neatly in that example, looks like I'll stick with RxJava for now @DroidDev

@TheLittleNaruto hmm....if you wish so. This is quite cool example for data binding, rx java, and MVVM

Indeed it is, very neat tbh
I solved it, but not able to shrink the array.
That's why test cases are failing for me.
It's failing in case when input integer array is: [1] and value is 1 and my output is [0] while expected output is: []

10:01 AM
@TheLittleNaruto dude, I have tricked them. We only need to return length of the remaining arrary
here's my code ;P

@DroidDev That's what I had done earlier
Ok rolling back...
You completed all easy one in Array ?

@TheLittleNaruto in easy

@DroidDev Nice Man!

@TheLittleNaruto I will start medium today

@DroidDev TOtal 40 questions are there in easy, you're fast
Can you make me understand this question: leetcode.com/problems/degree-of-an-array/description ?

1 hour later…
11:43 AM
Kicks @DroidDev in his butt just to make sure he read above message of mine.

12:05 PM
@TheLittleNaruto you have to find the element occuring maximum times in the array. Then you have to find the shortest sub-array, in which that maximum frequency element is occuring the same amount of times
man...we did this kind of question for one of your interview

12:33 PM
@DroidDev Check Example 2
And make me understand again

Q: Are Gods permitted to become non-vegetarians in their mortal form?

shreyas1599I'm making an assumption that every God is a vegetarian? Is the God permitted to consume flesh in his mortal form which is to say his incarnation? Is there any mention in the scriptures to prevent him from doing so?
