Hey Journeyman Geek is a mod :)
This user has vandalised a lot of his own posts in a few minutes and is caught by SmokeDetector.
We have raised a few custom flags explaining this. I'm afraid there's at least one post deleted by 6 flags.
Be careful when handling those. That's not spam. That's self-vandalism.

@JourneymanGeek I'm afraid there's at least one post deleted by red flags. You may want to inspect.
I'm not sure but I observed that prior to suspension, that user's reputation dropped by 110, which is surely not caused by 50+ red flags or downvotes.
