yes. Basically this is... sane, rational, intelligent harry

Much of this is going to fall on deaf ears because I don't know enough of the mythos to see the contrasts.

speaking of snipers, I think the party build will be interesting in the proposed setting. Having two stealth characters will help a lot.

In general, there's quite a lot to be said for entire party being trained in stealth

with the right GM, it allows them to dictate engagements far better.

But that's why I like the "traveller's camoflauge" ritual so much

Being trained in stealth is going a long way for some characters

but should I reconsider 8 dex?

yeah, it is.

Honestly, stealth training and that ritual is all that's really necessary
