The two in WWII were plutonium and uranium bombs, both atomic fission.

the other asks about atomic vs hydrogen bombs. That is different than plutonium vs uranium, but not enough to make it a new topic

There were more than two closed questions on the first page yesterday, now there are none. I don't remember what the other closed ones were, but I don't think they were reopened like the bomb question was.
