I just read the news that Microsoft stopped the development of MS Paint. I thought that this already happened somewhen in the 90ies.

they updated it a few years ago surprisingly lol

Paint was the answer to this problem:

Is there a way to create this effect in Photoshop? I could duplicate the same image over and over again, but that's just wrong. There should be an easier way. Edit: Use of Illustrator and MS Paint is also fine.
