Q: Are humans the only mammals that are known to display homosexuality?

paracetamolREQUEST: In this post I don't refer to, nor do I encourage reference to, any ethical/moral/emotional aspects of homosexuality. So please don't start an pro/anti- LGBT campaign in the comments section. Are mammals (other than humans) known to engage in homosexual activity of any sort? From the...

@jserv Both super and supra mean pretty much the same thing in Latin. But from what I've observed from its use in Biology/Anatomy, the prefix super would (in most cases) mean "on top of" and thus implies physical contact; whereas the prefix supra would (again, in most cases) mean "over" and thus implies no physical contact. At any rate, supraorbital is widely accepted version ( Guyton and Hall: Textbook of Medical Physiology - Elsevier)
@AlwaysConfused Oh! Thanks! However, I'm having a marked difficulty in finding sources that explicitly mention what specific compounds are responsible for the effect... I suppose it just hasn't been isolated/discovered yet. I appreciate the support, although I suppose I should let you know that the question's been closed by my fellow users :/
Besides, @Always, weren't you the guy who wanted to know why drinking soft drinks produces that familiar "burning sensation"? :D
I remember you from The Periodic Table chat room ;) Nice to bump into you here o/

4:28 AM

An empty 7UP bottle shows sweetened carbonated water, acidity regulators-330, 331, 299? (scratched out), Preservative-211, added flavour (natural). Btw 'hidden secret' about cold drink is a popular gossip (myth/fact?) however I'm interested what is source of this characteristic 'burning' effect.

Thank you. :D When I entered o/ at google search result; it brought me to a webpage named o and warning "the site can't be reached :O".

o/ Supposed to depict me waving my hand ;)
@AlwaysConfused I'm pretty new to it myself ._.

4:36 AM
Ya I meant what you written about. I didn't meant ":o". I meant "o/" .

I know its not possible for normal users to see who has given up/downvote, but is there anyone who can see that?
I hate it when somebody anonymously gives a downvote on someone's hardwork (answer), but aren't brave enough to tell why they did so :/
If someone can do so, I'm talking about this answer

You could delete that message later on... ;)

@another'Homosapien' Because this could possibly trigger not nice reactions. Voting is anonymus for a reason.
