Option 1 is going to be hard to 'police': how do we create a list of "unconventional tag fusion" puzzles in a two-week period? There might be arguments over which puzzles and pairings qualify.

@Alconja I think I'm leaning towards Option 2: it seems very specific and unlikely to generate many puzzles, but seeing what people have managed with reverse-puzzling, which was hardly used at all before this fortnight, I have high hopes of people coming up with plenty of puzzles even with the extra restriction of two tags and an unusual pairing at that.
