@user1618033 in your case (you barely know any 'real' math) this is the worst you can do. at the same time you are they only one caring seriously about your field

@JuanFran Let me tell you now my opinion, its my turn. You don't exist neither in mathematics, nor in my mathematics (this would be impossible I'd say).

lol

:-)
Laughing all a bit is healthy, seriously! :-)))

do you know any serious math? complex Analysis, commutative Algebra, algebraic topology, etc.?
so how can you even judge :p

@user1618033 it is surprising how you understood those amalgamated words picked randomly from dictionary then brought togather in the worst order that can form a comprehensible sentence

12:57 PM
how can someone that barely knows any math actually talk about existence in math

@JuanFran The natural course for you would be to start by proving some theorems like Pytagorean theorem, Thales theorem, and after many many years, like 40-50 years to dare to reach my area, but with fear and trembling. :-)

that is like a blind man trying to judge a painting
i know that all you know is first year analysis

@JuanFran About me you know almost nothing. Today I'm in a pretty good mood, not wanting to say more.

What's happened to this room? where are the mathemticians?

i do
i check your profile, i see, and i draw the conclusions
all first year Analysis questions

12:59 PM
@JuanFran It's comfortable to say stuff hidden behind a computer?

i'm just stating the facts
you make yourself look important
but you are not

@JuanFran Yeaj, while wel hidden. I would like to see you how would you perform at a blackboard when giving you some hundreds of problems created by me.
I bet you would finish no one. What you do know you try to make use of my reputation to brag around, but you proved nothing in the mathematical world, you don't exist.

i would finish 2 or 3, then leave cause it is too boring
if i would give you some, you wouldn't even be able to understand the Problem Statement lol
cause it is much beyond your mind

@JuanFran No, you wouldn't do any, because you need first many years of learning.

many years? at University people learn your stuff in first year
i asked you once about something interesting, the connection between the ramanujan series for 1/pi and modular forms
but you said you had no clue
so you barely know your own field

1:04 PM
Is @JuanFran another account of @BalarkaSen?
@JuanFran I invite you in a real scene in front of a blackboard to continue the discussion.
@Agawa001 which words? :-)
@JuanFran for the record, I'm very happy for what I realized in my mathematics, and very happy for the results of my research.

"at the same time you are they only one caring "

Ah! :-)

i m still desperately trying to disambiguate it

@JuanFran apart from spreding words, I would love to see how you would perform in front of a blackboard.

@user1618033 in what Journals did you publish?

1:09 PM
You might be an amazing mathematician really, and then I might learn some stuff from you.

noob journal of romanian high School maths?
of course i could teach you stuff, commutative Algebra, algebraic geometry etc.

@JuanFran Why not to appreciate you greatness in mathematics? Of course I would appreciate that.
@JuanFran Maybe you have a point, OK.
BUT
@JuanFran You claimed that all I do is trivial, and want you to prove that what you say is correct. I claim that you wouldn't be able to do my stuff not even in 50 years.

so gimme that shit
i solve one problem
and ez

In front of a blackboard, in the real scene.

i am a teaching assistent since many years
at my uni, and believe me i know what i means to stand before a black bord
how about you? what is your academic record?

1:12 PM
@JuanFran Look
We do like that
Invite all your mathematicians friend and I'm ready to face you all in front of a black board. So, not to be alone and fully ashamed by your activity there.

tell me your academic record plz?

did they test ur vocabulary before hiring u ?

man this is casual writing
shut up

it is worse than sms texting

i could write more articulate than both of you together
but this is not what this is about
it is about mathematics

1:14 PM
@JuanFran I trust my mathematics more than anything, and I'm sure you'd have very big surprises.

so what is your academic record then?
what are your achievments, your Prices won?
etc

@JuanFran I revolutionized my mathematics in some sense, and I repet, in some sense, this is my opinion, not bragging, not anything like that.

also @Agawa001 English is not my main language, and I am just too lazy to write properly
@user1618033 according to whom?
well if it is only your opinion
then it is nothing worth, is it?

@JuanFran I don't think you can draw to this conclusion.

why not? if some random guy on the street tells you
ï am better than Michael jackson
would you believe him?
(better at singing of course)

1:17 PM
@JuanFran You came to me, and I invited you in front of a black board, where that black board there might be a nice mirror for you, to know better how you actually are in mathematics.

a good mathematician knows many fields
you know that
how about you?

@JuanFran I'm very involved in a certain area of mathematics, until I reached all my objectives, and where I obtained good results.

don't you think that math is a hard subject

Eveything changes with time.

and it takes a lot of study and preparation
to get a good foundation
what is your foundation?

1:20 PM
@JuanFran This is also the question I might ask you. What is your foundation?
@JuanFran I wonder if you realize the things I said above, I mean it would be ery bad for you to think that you can do my stuff since this is simply not true.

my foundation is a master's degree in pure math
i took a lot of subjects
topology, algebraic topology, complex and functional analysis
algebraic geometry and commutative algebra

@JuanFran How many problems by Ramanujan you solved so far?

and i am academically top 5%
none, as most people
i also didnt attempt any

@JuanFran How many years you need to solve a probem by Ramanujan?

his questions are mostly of historical interest
i would have to see the Problem first
you can't tell this for a General problem

1:22 PM
@JuanFran lol, I don't understand what your problem is. I do the mathematics I like, and I'm very active in the area where I get results day by day. And I'll continue to be there and get other results.
You have a point, though, to be honest. There are areas that I didn't study, of course, but not sure what is relation between what I do and what you do.

i am just telling you the facts. you act like a super important mathematician, yet you are the only one having this opinion, and you don't know the basics of our subject
do you think mathematics is a joke?
why does one have to study 4 or 5 years
for a masters degree in order to be able to do some serious Research?

@JuanFran Well, the way I'm acting is simply my problem, some appreciate the way I'm and some not, this is something trivial. Once again, I also worked for years, to get the results I got, so don't tell me about your research because in this point it makes no sense.

i don't have problems with it, i just say it would be more healthy for you to be a bit more modest really
2

@JuanFran Well, I come in the mathematics, in my area, with major improvements I think, and major discoveries. It's simply the way it is.
@JuanFran How many problems did you create so far?
@JuanFran I have many thousands here, all original, no copy/paste from books and sites. You know, maybe I look now like a factory of problems, like a machine, but it's your problem how you seem me, and you don't need to be troubled by that.
@JuanFran I worked like hell for all I got.
I mean 12-16 hours a day for years?
Did you ever do that for a whole year? With no break? Welllll, I did that for years. If you tell me now this is crazy, well, I won't hurry to contradict you more.
Maybe it is crazy.
Perhaps if I were such smart as you I would have needed less.
@JuanFran For me, in terms of mathemtical effort, you're just a kid. I don't think you known how a hard day on math look like.
When you work continuously for 16 hours on crazy, (apparently) impossible stuff.
Please grow up.
I would appreciate if the question would be put like that:
OK, he left.

1:38 PM
who knows who was that thing

Look, I don't lie myself, I'm aware of the mathematics I know, and of course I don't know many mathematical areas.
It is important not to lie yourself, ank think you are a great mathematician just because you read some stuff from other mathematical areas.
Then to say that all my stuff is trivial and not to be able to solve a problem, A PROBLEM, is simply crazy.
I asked him how many problems by Ramanujan he did. No one.
What am I really doing here in these conditions? I should have not continued any discussion. He claimed that all his students do my stuff in 2, 3 days or anyhting like that.
Perfect. I wanna see the proof of that.

@user1618033 just to let u know there is more duplicates in this site more even than you do ever imagine, pay attention for low-reputation members

@Agawa001 Yeah, I'm aware that behind that user is someone known.

and dont let any one piss yu off to let u say things that might get u banned

@Agawa001 I know but it seems so crazy to talk about my stuff where I worked thousands of hours, years in a row, and then suggest that all I can do he finishes with no problem (perhaps in no time).

Even if I knew other areas, I wouldn't have time to do research there because this little area requires much much time.
He says he's assitant professor, and I wonder what is the good of living with such a horrible lie.
If he only wanted to annoy me it's OK, but don't tell me that he should think like that.
@Danu Just read the stuff that guy said.

@user1618033 Please just disengage---don't get into these discussions.

@Danu I don't want to engage into this. I was attracted to it.

@user1618033 Then don't. It's that simple.
Now, we're going to stop talking about this.
