On Pokemon Go Does the Size of the Pokemon matter, for example if I have one Paras that's 3.25 kilograms and another one that's 5.23 kilograms and they have the same CP which one should I transfer?

I can hold my finger on Pokeball and I can spin it before throwing it. And making this with a high speed, gives to ball a sparkle. Is this throwing style increasing the chance of catching any Pokemon?

Within Pokemon Go, when you throw a pokeball at a pokemon, you get a Nice, Great, or Excellent throw. If you throw an excellent pokeball on a challenging pokemon (when their circle is orange or red), will this increase your chances of capturing the pokemon?
