Q: People who comment or action questions when they don't play the games themselves

O-OA user made a comment on an Overwatch question, a game he clearly doesn't play: Also, this information is freely available, in game, where the player can freely view all hero audios. A clear example of "shows no research". On this specific question he VTC'd due to list question, but was...

O-O
@murgatroid99 Good point
You voted to close at one point
Regardless if it's different, he voted to close because of a flawed assumption
But anyone who's played the game already knows it exists. This isn't something recalled from memory, this is something that exists in game. Are you suggesting anytime someone asks a question that we now ask them to prove that what they're asking for exists? "Can you prove that the AK47 exists in CS:GO, because I don't believe it"

I would suggest paying more attention over anything. You argue that I have not played the game, but have accepted a few answers of mine on the game. Im not pulling my knowledge out of thin air. You can change the dialogue your character says, in dofferant sotuations, and as a result, this option menu had the available options. Also, I close voted as too broad. As it says in the reason I posted.

O-O
@Timelord64 Are you still making up crap? Do you even know what commendation voice lines are? Do you even know how they are triggered? Do you even know the basic difference between in-game voice lines and commendations? Your answers were all "I googled this and found: x, y, z", nobody else bothered to answer so I accepted your answers.

than let me make this perfect clear. I played in beta, and I play, now. I downvote most questions you post because, as a player, I interpret them as someone who wasnt bothered to do their own research (including simply looking in the game), or someone who is simply way out of their depths. I classify commendations as the end-game quote, which is a customisable option, with other options presented for the player to purchase, if wanted. If my interpretation is wrong, consider that it is entirely based off your own definition.

O-O
@Timelord64 You have to be trolling at this point, because you continue to make up stuff to fit your own definition. The commendation is the post results screen, not the highlight intro for play of the game, and nothing in the commendation voice can be customized, for the entirety of both closed and open BETA. NO one has ever had the ability to choose the commendation quote in any release of Overwatch, so you continually denying and calling it wrong is I guess your way of being delusional

fair enough. I misinterpreted what you were asking
Seems like that could have been addressed a lot quicker without all of the ranting and assumptions that you have definitive knowledge of my personal video game knowledge. And to be fair, this is one exception to a list of "I didnt bother to google it" questions.

O-O
@Timelord64 I even addressed this in my own question and you still thought I was making up crap. You kept on insisting you were right

because your only argument was 'no, your not', and I do not take your opinion for much, given your track record for not understanding things that I consider common sense.

O-O
@Timelord64 So you were mistaken but you didn't want to backtrack to save face. So I guess I don't understand being delusional, good to know.

I was literally corrected 29 minutes ago. everything you talk about occurred many hours ago. I still consider your question too broad, the exact dialogue your asking has nothing to do with my vote. If you had of pointed out my misinterpretation (which you appear to say as pretty obvious, so at the very least, we can understand that at least you originally understood I had misinterpreted but didn't think to point it out) as early as you really should have, I would have undone my downvote, no worries. This still doesnt address my close vote, so that is irrelevant all together.
Please, explain how I should project the corrections back a couple of hours. Explain how asking for a different list of dialogue should effect my interpretation of your question being too broad.
oh look at that. You made the same assumptions about the user in the other question, and again tied everything to a close vote, which has nothing to do with your accusations.
Saying this again, Either your not reading everything and hastily throwing accusations, or you simply do not understand english 100%
There is no problem if you do not understand what is being said, we have a lot of users that come from alternate language backgrounds, and we tend to have to cater to them a lot more then appears so with you.
