i was trying to think of away to avoid the "(removed)" messages in the main chat :-/

@Hip, how about "!*" to mark transient messages? That looks not-too-bad on AZERTY.

@skillpatrol I don't think there is one, with how SE chat is constructed. Chemobot would have to have some sort of admin access to the chat database in order to completely excise record of the deleted messages.

hmmm...good point. btw for someone to be pinged to a chat room they have to have posted a message in that room

@Brian For now I have simply switched '!!!' and '!!' (the bot currently running is on the old version though). Based on how it currently works, using keys like '!*' that don't include '!!' won't work, I'd have to refactor the code a bit.

Right now I'm checking literally for the presence of '!!', it's not very subtle ._. I'll change that in the next update

Either just changing them all to a smaller size (the 't' thumbnail, perhaps), or modding the parsing to allow selection of size.

You don't need to explicitly specify the width

Adding the 't' causes imgur to return an image at that size

That won't work properly for .png, I tried

Agreed, they would need to be dynamically cropped. Massive pain in the neck.
