I would have got it, but, the GOTY edition missed 2 or 3 DLCs... so many games are so cheap on Steam, but, I am so busy for the next year, I probably won't have time to play it much (if at all)... so, I was only buying games that will not go down in price any more... @ArdaXi No. The user's done it on their last two answers, one of which was on a question of mine. I'd never heard of their suggested solution before, so I did some googling to see if I could find additional sources and found that.
The other answer I saw was also from a GameFAQs question, conglomerated from a couple different answers.
The person has like 62 answers and over 2.5k rep, so I don't really want to go through and check every single one (though I did quick sentence googling on a few others and came up with nothing), though it does seem like they do have some original content.

if it's been too long and you can't delete, you can flag it, 6 flags from different users will kill something, and usually the mods will be nice about deleting things that are flagged. I don't know that it's considered an abuse of flags to do this; badp has told me to follow this procedure in the past

@agent86 I gave up on not being stalkable about a decade ago. At this point, any 'privacy' related actions I take are basically about segregating different activities from casual observers who aren't net savvy - if somebody wants to connect the dots, they deserve the information.
We've decided not to do sign-ups, as it screws up if people don't turn up, or people who didn't sign up do. So it's easier to deal with people when they turn up.

Well, that's interesting... Valve's site essentially says they're going to draw prizes on the 3rd for coal-based and 20th for alternate entry. The problem is... there's only supposed to be one grand prize.
This is why most places do a single draw after all the alternate entries are in. Oh, and I don't know about other countries, but US laws require "no purchase necessary" entries for contests.
I just think it wasn't very well planned. They obviously went to all the publishers and asked them to pitch in with coupons/free games. But nobody thought to compare those "prizes" to what was being offered in the sale itself.
Here's hoping they go back to the summer sale mechanism, where there were a bunch of set prizes and you could choose which one you wanted to redeem your stuff for.
