Please help. I am following the ICE text tutorial and I have my text selected and I'm trying to use 'fluid' in the 'physics' section. The tutorial says the fluid button should be there but it isn't. When I select my plane the fluid button appears but not when the text is selected.

This is not possible to do using the explode modifier through the particle system. However, you can use a rigid body simulation to simulate the debris, and animate each piece. Those animations can then by played in the game engine.

There is a great addon called Enhanced 3D Cursor that makes positioning the 3D cursor much easier.
After installing and enabling it there will be a new panel in the properties region.
That is only part of the addon's power.
Now when you press F10 or simply click and hold the LMB the 3D cursor...
